Applying her background in market analysis and business management, she coalesces feedback from customers, employees and trade associates with historical data and emerging trends to refine existing processes and put into place new systems to improve the quality of the design build experience for clients and staff. By focusing on the foundations of the workflow, Mary provides the support the team needs to concentrate on their area of expertise providing clients with focused, high quality service. Mary also enjoys volunteering in the community through local service organizations, as a board member and volunteer.
