Mid Century Makeover
The clients expressed their desire to upgrade their 1950’s country club, mid-century ranch-style home’s kitchen. The kitchen was cnce an entertainers’ dream. However, materials, appliances, and layout have changed over six decades. Our task was to bring the entertainment value of this kitchen into 2019 and beyond. This included opening up the kitchen, dining room, and family room spaces for new connectivity, circulation, and sight lines. Our clients are ecstatic with the results as we achieved their desired goal of an entertainer’s kitchen with full circulation patterns to all social areas of the home. This home’s kitchen represents true golf course luxury living with a flair of the original 1950’s aesthetic the home was originally designed to represent.
