Joe joined the Morse Team in July of 2019 as a Carpenter, and quickly learned the Morse Code of project management. He moved into a Lead Carpenter position utilizing his background in the management of wood frame construction and leading a 30-man framing crew while employed for a Napa based home builder. Joe’s favorite aspect of working with Morse CH&R is witnessing the erection of new structures, additions, or new homes we design and build. His background in framing allows him to visualize the finished project as the build takes place. Joe enjoys increasing his construction knowledge and skillsets required for all aspects of custom home construction.  Joe is a huge asset to our production team, and brings with him a vast amount of knowledge related to the home building and remodeling industry. 

Outside of work, Joe loves to BBQ and smoke different types of meat in his drum barrel smoker. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys boxing and following his favorite NFL team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
