Happy Thanksgiving!

As 2020 begins to wind down and we settle in for the winter, I found some time to reflect on the last ten months. We have been busy, and our entire team at Morse Custom Homes and Remodeling has worked extremely hard to deliver some outstanding designs and creative finishes to our projects during 2020. I am genuinely thankful for the dedication and persistence of our staff throughout the year. Everyone has been an outstanding representative of our company while coping with the evolving working environment and pandemic. Additionally, our entire team appreciates our partners, vendors, and friends that have supported our mission over the last 26+ years. Thank you to our immediate and extended professional teams throughout the Sacramento Region. I want to thank our incredible clients that have chosen to work with us throughout the years. We appreciate your business and look forward to our continued connections for many more years to come. I hope you are all safe and enjoy a happy Thanksgiving Holiday! – Marty Morse

MCH&R: Judge’s Choice Award 2020

The expansive island work surface with waterfall edges is one of several design details that the judges noticed in this award-winning El Macero Whole House Renovation project Our team has been working diligently on several projects we recently finished or are currently in production. One of our recent projects was recognized by NARI (National Association Remodeling Industry) and was awarded 1st place in the “Whole House Renovation Over $500,000” category of the CotY (Contractor of the Year) awards. This project also took home the “Judge’s Choice Award” for all submitted entries in several different categories

The horizontal bamboo floating vanity and attention to detail helped make this project stand out to the judges. I am proud of our entire design-build team for working extremely hard to produce and deliver this unique project located in El Macero, CA. Click here to see additional photos and the winning project narrative of this whole house renovation on our website.

Refinishing and designing around the only finish detail that remained in the original floor plan, the spiral staircase, was one of the client’s objectives from the beginning of this project.
